These Terms & Conditions govern the registration, payment and participation in the Intensive Ballet Masterclass 2026 organised by WBA Ballettakademie GmbH. By registering for the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you register on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on the participant’s behalf.
The Intensive Ballet Masterclass 2026 is organised by WBA Ballettakademie GmbH, Rienößlgasse 15, 1040 Wien, Austria (Company Register FN 676562w, Handelsgericht Wien).
Registration is completed online through our website. A place in the programme is confirmed only once the required deposit has been successfully received and processed. The deposit amount depends on the chosen programme tier. Until the deposit is received, no place is reserved.
The first 30 registrants in each tier qualify for the reduced Early Bird full fee. Early Bird places are allocated strictly in the order of completed registrations and are tracked in real time.
All fees are stated in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The deposit is due immediately at registration; the remaining balance is due by 15 August 2026. From 1 August 2026, all course fees increase by 30%. Securing your place at the current rate before this date is recommended.
A secure payment link for the balance is issued to every registered participant, with automated email reminders sent in advance of the deadline. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If the full course fee is not paid by 15 August 2026, this will be taken as withdrawal from the programme, and the reserved place may be offered to another candidate. Deposits are non-refundable except where the programme is cancelled by the organiser.
In the event that the organiser cancels the programme, all fees paid — including deposits — will be refunded in full. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, faculty or venue where circumstances require, and such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the faculty and staff at all times, to respect the studio environment and to behave in a manner consistent with a professional training setting. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Participants take part in the programme at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and physical fitness. The organiser is not liable for injury or illness arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own health, accident and travel insurance. The organiser does not provide insurance cover for participants.
By participating in the programme, you grant the organiser the right to use photographs and video recordings made during the Masterclass for promotional, documentary and marketing purposes, including on the website and social media. If you do not consent to such use, you may notify the organiser in writing before the programme begins.
Participants who complete the programme receive an official certificate of participation, signed by all faculty members and sealed with the official wax seal of the Vienna Masterclass. The certificate is presented during the closing ceremony; a digital copy is available on request.
The organiser accepts liability only for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links; the operators of linked pages are solely responsible for their content.
All content on this website — including text, images, the certificate design and the branding of the WBA International Masterclass — is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or public display requires the prior written consent of WBA Ballettakademie GmbH.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with the programme is Vienna, Austria.
